Gate Valve

Manufacturing of Gate Valves
The material used for manufacturing gate valves includes structural steel S235JR with an anti-corrosion coating, hot-dip galvanized structural steel S235JR, and stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. The valve is delivered fully assembled and ready for installation. The sealing of the plate with a profiled rubber gasket ensures uniform pressure over the entire surface, preventing media leakage through the sluice gate. The plate is lifted using a threaded spindle, with the lifting system available in manual, pneumatic, or electric motor-driven versions.
